why does everyone dislike KOL?!?! Admittedly they're not amazing but Comae Around Sundown was such a good album.

Their first 3 albums were great, the last two were dire, especially Come Around Sundown.

Sense. First 2 were corkers, Because of the Times was excellent, a nice evolution of the sound on the first two, then they became bland and pointless.

I saw them quite a few times from 06-08, from just before Because of the Times with the last being a couple of months prior to Only By The Night getting released. Cracking back then. No interest whatsoever now.

Listening to Sempiternal and it's awesome! Reckon they could do third although I think 4th is a safer bet.

I never got to see them because I was too young, so I wouldn't actually mind seeing them at a festival. However, their setlists have been awful lately from what I remember, so I'm not sure whether I'd actually see them. Basically for me they'd be an average headliner choice.

Thing with KOL is, bar Sex on Fire and Use Somebody I thought Only By The Night wasn't that bad. It's got a few quality songs on it like Revelry and Manhattan. However, Come Around Sundown really was dire, I'd probably still have some interest in them if it wasn't that bad, but it really killed off any interest in them whatsoever for me. Which is a shame because I really like their first 3 albums!

Basement Jaxx are a tad smaller than chem bro's. They are headlining Rockness this year so i would imagine them to be a weak other stage header or a strong other stage sub.

Basement Jaxx are WAY smaller than Chemical Brothers, both in terms of sales of albums, hit singles, tickets sold and positions on line ups.

Chemical Brothers have headlined main stages at V and TITP for example, Basement Jaxx have never been close to being able to do that.

In terms of dance acts up top is The Prodigy, then Chemical Brothers, then Pendulum and Chase N Status then Basement Jaxx are down there with Orbital.

I will be very suprised, wouldnt go to a gig of his as the price of the tickets would be huge. I would only pay more than 50 quid for a gig ticket and that bjork and radiohead.

I thought we were saying they'd be more likely for 2014 as they tend to play when they tour a new album
