So, to sum up:

Dave Grohl is the Pope.

Bjork is headlining R&L 2013, despite not playing in Chile.

Pearl Jam are playing in Chile and will therefore headline in 2018.

Dave Grohl's shit but Paramore are the best sub ever.

Gazza's lying about having never lied on his old account or his new one on which he's lying about not being himself.

Tom DeLonge is my hero, (sad, yes, but I've grown up with his various bands) but he isn't a great singer. BUT he sounds 100x better than Leeds '10. Mark (the bassist) said on stage that it's because this is the first time Tom is sober for a tour. Tbf they put on a cracking show last summer when I saw them, the crowd were amazing. I know it's only been three years, but they are supposedly releasing a new album so they would still sell tickets, especially if it was an exclusive.

On an on topic note, I've begun to convince myself that there's an (albeit slim) chance of The Who being the third headliner. They do fit in with all the clues we currently have (Not a metal band, expect guitars, band SOAD very much respect (a quick google search says the drummer especially), have played the festival in some capacity before), they're also a band who are definitely active, and a band who would sell just as many tickets as just about anyone out there. It would be an impressive booking, and while the supporting evidence is all circumstantial, it's just about as strong as the evidence we have for any of the other candidates being touted (other than Sabbath, but Neil seems to think he'd have heard by now if they put pen to paper in the end, based ont he fact he's downgraded them).
