kev1664
I hope the third is Rage Against The Machine, only just saw the Finsbury footage. Electrifying.
Com Truise
I thought he started going out with some famous model I never heard and then dumped her for another famous model I have never heard of?
Mouseboy11
You seem the whole thing. I'm desperate to see it but there is no way I'm paying a full £70 just for the DVD of the gig. It was fantastic being there though.

Mouseboy11
I saw The Arctic in '11 and they were great, admittedly they look a bit lackluster open air though.
Andre91
Nahh there's 4-5 songs on youtube in Pro-Shot though. Is it really that much for the DVD?

Mouseboy11
The whole concert was on YouTube today, I'm guessing it's ripped from their DVD that came with the RATM 20th anniversary thing. kev1664
Nah it's the deluxe edition XX twenty year anniversary, with a few extra rare lives, but all I want is to see that show. It's only about 11-13 songs long. It does have white riot on though...

the wonderwhy
Getting haircuts makes you more happy and energetic? I'm gonna be honest if I went to the doctor for depression and got that advice, I'd check he's registered,
the wonderwhy
I dont care if someones the biggest prick in the world, that does not concern me. If there shit live then I wont want to see them again in a hurry, from the different forums on here say about arctic monkeys, people are not in a hurry to see them again. VCK
It is long overdue that I post my annual suggestion of... REUNION. HAS TO BE.
thetime
IMO the evidence suggests they'd be better live now than they were around the 3rd album, but that's just me.

the wonderwhy
How can you make a comment like that when you have not seen them? When people say there shit live your not going to base an opinion on that, but your saying there better live now without seeing them. Seems to be a bit of a daft thing to say, especially as your one of the more sensible ones on here.
thetime
Its the same as someone saying 'they were shit in 2009, they'd still be shit now'
the wonderwhy
From personal experience from 25 years going to gigs/festivals ive never seen a band being shit and suddenly being great live. Bands can have bad days like anyone in the workplace, going by what people have said from different festivals they were shit all summer long. Im sure im not alot in having no interest in seeing them again from there poor showings, a bit like kings of leon.
Asdaprice
That bit wasn't entirely serious...
Asdaprice
Fair enough. But there are obviously people who don't think they're shit because they keep selling out arenas and keep headlining festivals. So the demand is still there. Again, a bit like KOL
NiallP10
I'm gonna sound really obnoxious here, but those people probably for the most part, aren't dedicated music fans. Most kol/arctic fans I've met have either been young indie girls, or the kind of lads that have no interest in actually playing music or picking up an instrument - it's more of a "thing" to conform. They wanna say they've seen these bands live and be cool with the image. Now this isn't true for everyone, but I'd say a large amount, and that's why there shows still sell out. If you see a band like rage, or foos, and then compare it to arctics / kol, there will be a massive difference in atmosphere. Bands that look like they enjoy what they do don't care about conforming to the image and so don't attract the kind of audience I stated earlier.' Disagree with this, at the arctics gig at don valley all of us left saying it was brilliant, even those who pteviously didnt like them. Whereas watching the foos at leeds half my friends left through boredom. Im not saying arctics are better live, just its wrong to compare them in a way that depicts them as inferior because fans of other bands, such as rage n foos, are supposedly bigger music fans, which is untrue anyway. Yellow_Fellow
Feel free to hate, but that's honestly what I think as a dedicated songwriter who likes arctics earlier stuff, but can't stand the image of them now.
