Ever so polite.

but I think you may be right. HOWEVER, I'm still thinking Mumford and Sons are in with a big shout. Not to my tastes but if ticket sales are the game. M&S is the name.

I've still got my hopes out for Blur and everyone seems to have completely ruled out the possibility of Arctic Monkeys. a lineup of Eminem Biffy Clyro Arctic Monkeys

just has a feel to it. But would they do both Glasto and R & L probs not. Maybe 2014 headliners?!?

Why thank you lol

Mumford are defo in with a shout just reckon they will sub if Biffy do play like Flo did last year. However, they will shift tickets and a strong undercard might do the trick. That does have a feel for it but I reckon maybe next year for Arctic Monkeys. I wouldn't rule out Blur out yet either, everyone ruled out The Cure last year and they were just a rumour right up until the end so I think it's too early to say.

I agree that Blur shouldn't be ruled out, they have always gone back on what they've said so i don't fully believe all the 'not interested in UK festivals this year' thing

However i think the reason people have cast doubt on them after Eminem is price. Lots of people seem to think that Blur would have been the big expensive Sunday headliner which may not be the case any more with Eminem.

Despite that i still wouldn't completely rule them out, would love them to play!

Melvin, i beg of you... surprise us all.

I have no interest in Mumford, Sabbath, SOAD, or Blur. Since the Olympic gig, i've not listened to blur, the crowd annoyed me so much and although it's not their fault it was just not as special as the 2009 gigs and i just need some time to calm down (dramatic i know)

Genuine question, do bands fee increase depending on how long they play for? I know there's a few acts that like to play longer sets anyway but say an act play lows mainstage for 30ish mins would that be cheaper than the same band headlining a smaller stage for 1 hour?
