AccaciaStrain
Wireless always used to discount. Re capacity was just quoting something spotted on here the other day
thewayiam
Three things that make me think this isn't Wireless. Firstly, if you look up the domain info for the Example London 2013 site, it is registered to the promoters of SW4. Next, flyers were given out at Earls Court for it, just like the SW4 organisers did at Brixton Academy for a skrillex gig last year. Finally, I was trawling wall posts on example's Facebook page and he said this London show was 18+, which wireless isn't but SW4 is.
Muppetmark
Nice mate. SW4 have always had a header like that since they went 2 day in 2010. Also to ask, can you take drink in the campsite at SW4?
thewayiam
sw 4 isn't camping and you can't bring drinks with you, completely filled with drugs though Edited March 9, 2013 by thewayiam

thesecretingredientiscrime
Standard reckon Wireless are announcing Jay-Z and Justin together, tomorrow, as their third day. Would make sense as they are doing joint shows on their tour, but wouldn't fit with "dance". TheSeventhOne
That'd be a gigantic kick in the teeth to everybody who bought weekend tickets, or even day tickets to one when the other was sold out. I'd be pretty fucked off with that.
atomised
Confirmed for 14 July as jt and jay z debuting their legends of the summer tour with tribe called quest and nas

eFestivals
That really is a kick in the teeth for people who already have tickets for one or both of the other dates...why? Did someone force them to buy those tickets or something?Something was presented to them, and they felt that was good enough for them to part with their money - which is as good as it gets of being a satisfactory offer. When you buy a bottle of wine in Tesco's the only offer is the offer on offer. If next week it's half the price that doesn't mean that the previous purchase was a rip off.
atomised
Its a different show and they were offered 2 day tickets, not weekend tickets. I think adding a third day is something wireless have done in the past. Edited March 12, 2013 by atomised
Jime1977
That's true, but I can still see some people being unhappy. If I'd paid £150 to see the two of them and was then told that I could have paid £75 instead I'd be unimpressed. Especially as Wireless more than likely had this lined up all along. Yes there's a lot of other acts on, but some people would mainly be interested in the headliners.

And capitalism, of course.Or might it be that you like - prefer - to pay less than others do, but you hate it if others pay less than you? In which case the issue is your double standards, and not the fact of varying prices & offers.
the wonderwhy
You're not going to get a full Jay Z set or a full JT set though. You're effectively going to get half and half. I don't see a problem.

mrtourette
So they're putting on a third day and headlining will be the two headliners from the previous days on stage at the same time? Sounds kinda shitty.
LondonTom
Live Nation are full of imagination this year That is really shitty and I can see why people might be pissed (I know its not a full set from each but if you wanted to see both you'd have probs gone for the sunday ), saying all that ..I am slightly tempted for the Sunday as about half a set each is about what I'd want from the pair and that's who I guess this show is aimed at. Frankly Mr Shankly
That's made my day, I can see why people with tickets are pissed off but I'm all over this. J.T, Jay-Z, Nas & A$AP Rocky for £75? Yes please. Just wish Frank Ocean was on that day too.
