Like I said I certainly don't doubt the personal issues families will face but communities eb and flow and where you will find groups of people communities will find their level.

Well it entirely depends on what you mean by outer London....

To me it means within easy traveling distance. Loads of WORKING people live in Reading and travel into London. As they do from lots of towns around London.

You want to give a cast iron privilege position to people on benefits to have something others can't afford. I am sure lots of people would prefer to live in Zone 1 / 2 London but find themselves priced out.

We all have x amount of income... It besides the point where that income comes from. It allows us to live in a house of a certain size in a certain area etc. If we can't afford an area / house we have to move....

Well I do volunteer work at the local community centre which is run by our church and I do look at for my Neighbours. Your not the only one been left holding the kids recently while your wife goes to A&E at night with a Neighbour I care about what goes on in the community and I have recently been involved at stopping a development no one wants around here. I am also probably going to become a school governor in years to come. But that isn't concrete....

BUt the idea none of that would be done by someone else if I left is just laughable...

When did I say I don't care about the "community"... I think it depends on what you actually mean by community... If you want to localise it to my neighbours then you are talking falsely...
