Last year Angel and Lawson had 0 hits when announced, Wonderful was only a minor hit and Angel still did the arena, Lawson had When She Was Mine which IMO made it quite big, but Conor was bigger than them two

I have a bit of logic. No one released will be in the undercover tent, so that rules that stage out. I put more popular acts in my opinion in better slots. V seem to give the slots to whoever will take the same money but a lower slot

Last day and a bit before the announcement and these forums are dead as. Thats not good. Who do people think will be announced or people that have a gap in their schedule on V weekend?

Just been reading all the R1BW stuff and having to chuckle at the Saturdays being absolutely crucified while Labrinth and of all people CONOR MAYNARD are being heaped praise upon.

I understand Lab is usually brilliant but the one bit of the weekend I saw when he joined the Script was absolutely WOEFUL.

As for Conor, I don't think I've ever seen him give a good vocal showing, he always goes underneath the notes he delivers on record.

I do agree it wasn't the Saturdays greatest showing (and whoever said Rochelle is the one that holds them together is so spot on) but 'All Fired Up' was the only truly bad performance, they were nowhere near as bad as is being made out.

I hope they are added personally.

Probably of very little interest to most who come on here - but I wonder what the chances are of Gomez being there?

They're a V favourite and still one of the best live bands I've seen (and I've seen a lot!) - if not, Ben Ottewell is doing some solo gigs in the US so could be there on his own....
