forums upgraded

The forums have just been updated to the latest version of the forums software.

There shouldn't be any issued caused by the upgrade, but if you notice something please post the details here so it can be addressed.

Neil, not sure if its anything to do with the upgrade but if I try and use the android ap which usually is very sound I get the message above. It was working fine at 9am today.

ahhhh .... I've sussed what the problem is .... I need to sort the forums install on the mobile site (that's still the old version).

So the question is, do I get brave and take what should be the easy option but which might destroy everything on efesdtivals (cos it's not somwething I've done before), or do I take the harder but safer option. Decisions, decisions.

Anyway, i'm on the case and it'll be sorted shortly.

I've put a temporary fix in place for the moment, which has meant that the forums link is lost from the mobile site menu.

I'll sort a permanent fix in the next hour or so.

I've now resolved that issue. Thankfully it's an issue that'll go away when the new full website is finished.

I have noticed that when viewing your 'likes' you cant see who has liked your posts.

Have just noticed that all likes on every post has gone too.

I've not changed any settings so I guess that things have been changed around in this latest software version.

none of the settings have been changed by eFestivals. Any change in functionality is the result of changes within the forums software.
