I reckon as far as main stage goes the top 6 will stay in the same positions. Even Hadouken! who sort of have the vibe of what happened with Two Door (played low down NME, got a huge crowd and so moved up to decent main slot the next year... same with Twin Atlantic although they did do a decent academy tour end of last year also). Don't think they would have all been put on main on the poster if that wasnt where they were staying. Can see bands like The Blackout being on main also but having someone above them hence why they havent been put on the poster yet. Maybe something like:

Green Day

System of a Down

Deftones

Frank Turner

Bring Me The Horizon

New Found Glory

???

Tomahawk

While She Sleeps

Eminem

Chase & Status

Foals

White Lies

Brand New

Twin Atlantic

???

???

???

Biffy Clyro

Nine Inch Nails

Fall Out Boy

The Lumineers

Editors

Hadouken!

???

The Blackout

Mallory Knox

So can see there only being 5 main stage slots left with D12 possibly taking up a low slot on Eminem day.

Cribs played fourth from top last time they did main... haven't dropped two slots from there... and the new award from nme is gonna remind people about them. Really dont see them playing anywayz... as far as Tribes vs Twin Atlantic goes it is very odd. Their latest tour is bigger than their last one but the dates are small except for London where as Twin Atlantic played MUCH bigger venues everywhere last year other than London.

Cribs definitely aren't at the peak of their popularity any more, or they probably would've headlined NME last year. You might be right about the award though.

Yeah, Tribes tour is weird. They could probably play bigger venues, and for some reason they haven't even touched the south coast (although I think that may be because they're going to play Great Escape Fest in Brighton) Twin Atlantic played Southampton Guildhall down here, which I think is pretty much the biggest venue possible, but they didn't get close to selling it out...

Something like that for the Leeds Saturday would secure a day ticket for me. Although sadly I can't see it.
