To be fair I was pretty far back, and I guess the crowd played some part in how terrible they were. Nevertheless I don't think they actually completed a single song without jumping into the crowd and just generally being dicks about it.

I'm into some "lad rock" (Oasis, Stone Roses and Happy Mondays if they count), but I like a fair bit of Hip-Hop too.

I just find OFWGTKA to be tedious drivel for hipsters who aren't really into Hip-Hop. They try so hard to be edgy and controversial but they just come across as gimmicky and contrived. They're a bunch of N.W.A. wannabes, but Ice Cube alone has more talent in his index finger than all members of OFWGKTA combined.

Dizzee is more liked by the Joey Essex wannabe, chino wearing, LAD BANTZ crowd ;)

Reading and Leeds hardly book older, credible guitar acts outside the top two these days, so I'm not holding out hope for those being booked, even though I'd love Public Enemy there.

How do you define credible though? I can't see any 'credible' guitar acts that are big enough with R&L's target audience to justify a top-two spot, and any guitar acts that are big enough probably aren't 'credible'.

If you're big enough to headline a 90,000 capacity commercial festival aimed at teenage mainstream indiepoprock music fans than you've probably done something along the way to lose your credibility.

They were. At least the Arctic's were "technically" good, and played there songs well, they just played a bad setlist and didn't seem too interested. Chilli's wern't at all interested, played a terrible setlist and actually played the songs badly as well. Dreary as fuck.
