whats everyone think of second announcement then ?

I'm pretty happy with the early look at the second announcement, public enemy is an excellent booking,, seasick Steve is great at festivals and we pretty much knew about johnny marr.

I'm waiting for Chai Wallahs before I say anything else as hip hop just aint my thing although I'm pleased to see 'Misty Miller' on there...someone I'll look out for.

Well happy with that. The D.O.T will be worth a look as well (had them on my original guess list and took them off). Mike Skinner out of the Streets and the lead singer from The Music. And Clint Boon.

But PE is a great result!

Overall I think the line-up is filling out. Would have liked to see a few more mainstream acts/more well known acts i.e. bastille, lumineers, calvin harris, ben howard etc but theres enough in the line-up to keep me occupied. Do we all think the headliners/sub headliners are all announced now then??

Mick, just looked again and I see Charlene Soraia has been announced, she'll be right up you're street and I'm sure you'll have heard some of her stuff on tv before as they use some of her tracks for tv adverts

Hatcham Social are worth catching as well...saw them in the Tim Peaks and they were very good.

If they can stop announcing such good bands for the main stage hoping to catch more stuff on the Woodland Stage this year...only really did the silent disco there last year which was a shame as it was a great setting.

My friend Jimi (Bad Bad Me) was on at the woodland last year, great little place to hear some up and coming stuff. A lot of acoustic and chill out. Hes playing again this year but not sure what stage yet. The general gist is that I enjoyed the woodland area as it was a little hidaway and never felt crowded. Will be back this year.
