Funnily enough I have been stressing about this myself... To the extend that I had a dream we were turned away last night! We are borrowing a Toyato hiace which has an electric cooker (which we won't be able to use as no ehu!) and a sink, so I am hoping and praying we'll be OK. We'll be using our normal gas stove outside.

@Swamp Princess sounds like you should have no problem at all to me, rules don't stipulate the cooking and washing facilities need to work! I'm still fretting :sorry:

I posted this in another thread, but worth repeating:

if you're hiring a van, make sure you know how to open all the storage places, gas bottle holders etc

last year a poor group in front of me held everyone up for ages as security wanted to check the external storage cupboards, but the festivallers in the van couldn't work out how to open them.

Last year hubbie and I managed to get the motorhome out of East fairly easily but a guy just a few feet away with a bigger van had sunk in and was really stuck. Just In case we get stuck this year ( it is going to be dry!!) we have bought two traction mats from the efests shop.
