Andeeroo
There are a couple of bits of info though. Groove Armada on Spirit of '71 stage? I'm assuming DJ set. The Vaccines, Willy Mason and Public Service Broadcasting on the William's Green stage. Though I think we were aware of that one already. Matt42
I'm kinda torn in why we don't know... they are either waiting until they've completed everything... (which I swear they haven't done in the past). Or... They are waiting on confirmations...

Andeeroo
So ... You heard it drop on your doormat .... You legged it downstairs to retrieve it .... You ripped it open to find .... NOTHING !!! This is why I stopped my Q sub a couple of years back.
Stu H
yep, just got mine. Looks like a good read, but very little new to report, on first glance. A cartoon map thing with descriptions of the areas, but little else.

Matt - Ed Banger Records
Could it be that Glastonbury would do the release themselves and that the delay was so that they can say 'find out more in this months Q Mag' or somthing? Boost the magazines sales? In which case when does the magazine hit the newsstands? Clutching at straws here.....
Trebor
Silver Hayes might actually be right then. Next Thu.

JBarbour
Or they just have no reason whatsoever to release it at any particular point, so might as well do whatever they want, which is to say: Sell the privilege of announcing it to someone else. Then the person who bought it was like "Well, we've got a gap here, let's do it then." Likely scenario: Radio 1 get to announce it, but didn't want to do it yet because they're hyping their own festival first and foremost (Today and this weekend), leaving next week as the logical time for them to blast it out on the airwaves when the fuss from Big Weekend dies down. TaylorT
Bet the rest of the line up we all crave so much is just laying around a desk somewhere under a pile of farming invoices or something 'Oh, there's the rest of the line up there, we were meant to stick that out weeks ago....' dan05delaney
BBC don't hand out much money for that kind of thing. Alternative: EE are creating an app (joy) and they're not ready yet, that's my simple guess. They're spending money on advertising in general, deploying 4G at the fest and an app that everyone downloads will tie it all together. Vaguely remember friends finding an app useful in 2009, and an app totally bombing in either '10 or '11 because it wasn't ready in time? My guess is it's evil EE... GlastoSimon
Regarding the Vaccines on the Williams Green Stage, do people know whether that's on Fri/Sat/Sun or could this be a case of 'having more acts on the Wednesday/Thursday'? Would be interested if it was the latter, but to be honest not enough of a fan to see them during the weekend.
ryan.smith
Might be headlining the Thursday like Maximo Park/Metronomy did in previous years? (granted this was on the Queens Head - but it seems like it's going to be a similar set-up)
Matt42
Wouldn't mind seeing the Vaccines play thursday, frees me up from the pyramid abit on the friday.
