Are there any really good chinese/thai kind of places onsite that I should look out for? I'm quite picky with food and most food suggestions seem to be curry based, which I don't like, so I want to be on the lookout for a good chow mein or pad thai or tempura, even fried rice will do(as long as it's not saffron)!

I've not forgotten this! Will hopefully get something together soon. The following site might come in handy for asking people where their stall is. And also for people here to put a pin where their favourite is

e.g. Goan fish curry is here right?

The map is a great idea, nice one! However we don't know who (apart from Roaming Rotisserie) will be relocating to the new food court in Williams Green.

Using that map, if you walk from West Holtes to the Greenpeace field, right on the corner on the right hand side near the main path was an amazing place selling freshly baked bread stuff. I happened to walk by as they got some cheesy garlic bread out the oven and bopught a slice, it was amazing. Can't remember the name of the place but reasonably cheap too.
