Neither Rihanna or Gaga will be playing V.

Are The Script big enough to make the step up to headliner? I know they're popular and they've had a long love in with V. I doubt theres many people who love both Beady Eye and The Script, and then they could add a sub in under The Script like you say Guetta perhaps.

V will take whatever is the cheapest option anyway.

Is it, over the years V tend to book one dance act and one band for the 4 music stage and as they already have Clavin Harris I don't think they would have another dance act headlining that stage.

If Beyonce did pull out, who could you see filling in for her?

If Guetta wouldnt work on the main stage, could Beady Eye headline and Guetta on 4music stage?

Is the capacity and size of area available for the two stages about the same?

Why woudlnt a DJ work on the Main stage work but Daft Punk would? I know Daft Punk wouldnt really take anything apart from headline, but would being on main make their performance worse?

The area around the mains stage is too spread out. I think Daft Punk would work as i think they will prob be more visual, they have been in the game a long time and have a huge (!) back catalogue, Guetta just rips off other peoples music and literally just plays the music (there is some videos when you can see he isn't even mixing live.....), Daft Punk would probably have instruments and do the music live, with live vocals/artists.

If they are going to get someone new it needs to be similar to stop people moaning who brought for Beyonce. Gaga has just done her first live performance this weekend since her surgery so maybe possible but probs too much money. Rihanna is not as big as either of them in my opinion

The only act on the bill that sticks out to me that could possible headline the main is Sterophonics, but they are on the opposite day unless V moves it around (but that would screw up the day tickets).

And the 4Music is better for sound as it's at the bottom of a hill, and more narrow... the main is bigger, flat and wide.

Got brought up earlier but to reiterate: what about Basement Jaxx? They've headlined the Pyramid at Glastonbury, so they're more than capable of headlining main at V, surely?!

I know she would be expensive but in relation to the amount Beyonce cost, I couldnt see her being more than that. Yeah Gaga would be expensive but V wouldnt need to make her an exclusive because most places would have to drop a headliner to put Gaga in there which they wouldnt do.

Oh right, well depending on how far gone she is that shouldn't be a problem. She did Glastonbury & T in the Park when she was pregnant last time.

Shes probably a few months gone as she is starting to show judging from pictures. I hope she isnt pregnant but she could be. I dont think she would have known before she signed for V, but she will probably have known when tickets went on sale and the line up was released

Well if that's the case (being a smart business women) she would have pulled out way before now - before she started showing anyway. Which makes me think is she really pregnant? Or like most normal people, just some dodgy photos after a big meal. I mean, all this pregnant thing is based on a few dodgy pictures from one or two shows... she has done more than one or two shows the last month.
