GuitarManDan15
I can't see the stages finishing early at all. They never have before, I know this year has been a little different wit extra stages and announcements. I think what is more likely to happen is bands that are not bothered about playing against other bands will take the slots later on in the evening as has happened in the past. It's a no brainer that sub focus wouldn't want to clash with skrillex and alk3 wouldn't want to clash with green Day as a lot of their respective crowds would probably be at the act on the bigger stage, it was probably I their conditions of accepting the headline slot. Com Truise
I think 1xtra will finish early every night. I think headline acts will play earlier on some stages on some days, but they'll have acts on after as well, like with Spector and Mount Kimbie this year and Feeder/Bassnectar(?) last year
Bisque
I guess the tents won't end early, that won't give the paying public the variety, however limited, its deserves. I expect the Dance stage set times will look very different to how it looks on the line up, especially if some DJs have London or Creamfields gigs. Think along the lines of when Deadmau5 played a few years back, biggest DJ playing on the Dance Tent but played late afternoon, so justifies (or not) the festival wanting making him be a headliner to flog tickets more tickets. Muppetmark
Green Day 10/10 They were on superb form at the emirates, lots of fun. One of the greatest gigs ive been too. Chase and status 8/10. Really fun headlining sw4 last year, great show. Modestep 7/10. If you like their music you will love it, if not then it might be worth a miss Bastille 7/10. Really impressive at the emirates, the crowd weren't up for it but they changed my opinion about them. Go see them if you like them. Knife party. 9/10 and 7/10 Absolutely insane when i saw them in a tent last year, bit lost on a main stage though the second time.
MONTHEBIFF2013
Green day 9/10 - Were very good at the Emirates but were just missing a few classics (Brain stew, WMUWSE and time of your life) but can't wait to see them again and just hope they change up the set list a little bit. Biffy 10/10 - Were awesome when I saw them in Cardiff best gig I've been to. So glad they have been given the chance to headline as they thoroughly deserve it. Frank turner 9/10 - wasn't expecting him to be as good as he was, but was absolutely brilliant. £18 well spent City and colour 4/10 - saw them supporting biffy and were really dull tbh. They didn't play save your scissors either which was disappointing. Pure Love - 3/10 - saw them support Lostprophets back in November just before Ian Watkins got arrested and thought they were quite annoying really. The lead singers constant swearing really got on my nerves.
allan14
I'd suggest people to go see Modestep if they are not doing anything else! Went to see them in Feb as my mate had a spare ticket and they are not really my thing but I definately left a fan.
lightning1000
Just back from download and managed to catch a shit load of acts over the weekend. More than I ever have at dl before. Although I think the only act I caught a bit of that are playing at Leeds was modestep, but that was only because we were stood around talking. My beloved rammstein killed it as always though. And shockingly Jared leto sang nearly a whole line of a song, he just seemed to be having trouble remembering the last word of every line, he should really go see a doctor about that. The Placid Casual
I saw Jake Bugg supporting the Stone Roses on Saturday. I seem to be one of the few on here who like him, but he wasn't the best live. He sounded fine, but his lack of charisma on stage makes him boring (a bit like Arctic Monkeys). His impressive added solo to The Ballad of Mr. Jones was a personal highlight. 2/
the wonderwhy
Saw Frank Turner tonight. Played his debut in full. Really good.

kaosmark2
ASIWYFA are excellent live. Saw them at 2000 trees and they stormed it. Gutted I was so tired for it between stewarding + heat or I'd have been going mental with everyone else. Thoroughly recommend.
