I'd say too late for ebay. Maybe gumtree? You can either drop them off or they can collect....

Will the sellers not offer a partial refund?

Partial Refund? How do you mean. I bought them directly.

Who did you buy them with? I mean sometimes when you buy the tickets they include insurance for missed events etc. Contact them and make up some reason why you cant go, lay it on thick. They may give you a refund on the face value minus the booking fee and delivery charges... Not promising anything but its always worth a try if you don't manage to sell them
