I genuinely believe that there's been a serious lack of communication between certain people at the top of the festival and the Eavis' this year. For me, the Eavis' have been making as encouraging statements as ever about keeping the ethos, limited commercialism, and I reckon there's decisions being made without them being informed.

Damn... There was me thinking that we would actually need to round up a posse of Fagin type kids who would offere to 'carry yer bags, mister...' just outside the gates, you could then load them up with mahoooosive rucksacks, tents and other stuff so that they could stagger, sweating and crying through with you as you nonchalantly carry the odd tipple or three...

No taking advantage of the kids there, nope, nothing to worry about....

Failing that, I was thinking about a good old fashioned battle ballista and launching cases of beer over the fence! Might need an exclusion zone (collection area) inside to really work, so not too subtle....

I'm 5'8 and 10 stone. Three crates is only about 30kg. One in rucksack, two carried. Easy.

Seriously though, I do sympathise with people who come by public transport or get dropped off, but people who've parked up, stop being lazy and just go back. Trolleys piss me off and slow the gates down, getting rid would make me happy, but it's unworkable and unfair on people with genuine injuries. People who need trolleys generally take a ton of bullshit they don't need and should learn to pack properly, consume less or go to boutique camping options if they must.

Not a dig at anyone but the amount of trollies is increasing every years, and so is the litter, the more trollys then the more £land disposable tat that makes it on site and never leaves, iv seen groups of people with a trolly each just full of bags, some probly had booze but it looked like they have bought the kitchen sink and the whole of primark, this is my first year on the coach and its made me realise how much stuff I normally take don't need, hearing people moaning with cars made me laugh too, just do another trip
