Haha, okay, don't make me out like that, I'm 21, for me, it's only pathetic idiots who are discriminant against Gays, and certainly the easiest way to describe the change in that is to look at what was discriminated against back in the 70's. For me, Minorites were eventually accepted, I don't understand why your sexuality shouldn't be either.

I understand there are idiots who believe all the BNP spout and everything, but please, in my personal experience, i haven't seen enough homophobic gestures by anyone to suggest that they should be ashamed.. obviously it happens, but it's lower, and shouldn't be a problem to begin with!

Couldn't see it at the time, but to be honest it was always the same "Wah, wah wah, no money, gonna have to sell to buy", and we'd always do it, Everton have flourished, Moyes is predictably in 8th, but clearly doesn't have a good team, so i'm inclined to agree with you here. Blame anyone, and everyone, but himself.

the pathetic thing about tonights result is that it shows how weak our squad really is.

ironically after our first game of the season (vs cardiff) I said to others that we looked worryingly poor even though we'd won 2-0. annoyingly this has come to pass and look where we are now.

Interesting analysis of Utd's state in a Guardian article here:-

http://www.theguardian.com/football/blog/2014/jan/08/david-moyes-alex-ferguson-manchester-united

While it touches on what Fergie said about Rooney having asked for a transfer, it doesn't (if really untrue) follow thru to consider 'why?' .... and it's getting ever-harder to think anything but that fergie did that to try and ensure that the team turned to shit, to make his time at the club look even more impressive.

Moyes may have made some (many?) poor decisions, but the environment those decisions are within was set by Fergie.

West Ham last night - oh my god!

(I only watched the highlights, so if they were actually better than the highlights implied I apologise).

I know TGT goes on about Sam's hoofball, but if the team aren't interested in getting the ball then they're not going to hoof it.

I can't remember when I've seen a midfield less interested in a match than WHU's last night - and this was a cup semi-final don't forget. They might as well have taken the night off.... actually, they did anyway.

Utter disgrace. Not Smalling, but the fact that the state of society now means someone has to apologise in the media for what they wear to a private party.

It's not the first. Remember Ginger Hewitt and his Nazi costume?

Both are bad taste and you'd hope they'd think better - but then again it's thick as shit royalty and thick as shit footballers, so it's not really a surprise - but in general I agree that they shouldn't have to apologise for being pricks in private.

Totally inept performence, Big Sam's tactics and substituions are getting weirder by the week.

Unless Sam had told them to not risk getting injured so that they're fit for Saturday's match I don't think you can blame Sam for the players having no interest in trying to win the ball.

And of course, if he's told them to not risk getting injured, that's not such a bizarre tactic if squad numbers (or squad numbers of half-decent players) are that low. Ultimately, the league will be more important.

The problem is confidence, motivation, and tactics - all things that stem from the manager.

The problem is the manager.

That said, it's the second time I've watched city live this season, and comparing against all the rest I've seen live, they're head and shoulders above anyone else. They should walk the league.
