its funny you should ask, he's gearing up to release a solo album, first song dropped a couple of weeks ago. It's real nice, and if you buy it on Bandcamp all proceeds are getting lobbed at grassroots venues which is nice

I reckon they'll still want to tour Ghosteen, especially as that's the full band, but who knows? Not sure how bands will feel about touring stuff from two years ago or more by the time it comes round... Carnage is just Nick and Warren isn't it?

Oh, I thought it was a Bad Seeds album; that's what a load of sites seemed to be reporting anyway. Excluding film scores, have Nick and Warren ever done an album that's just them? Alas, it will be interesting to see what happens with touring; a mix of sad mellow songs from Ghosteen, "brutal" songs from Carnage, and the classics would just be fantastic live. 🤞🖤

Pretty sure it’s still a Bad Seeds album and will be toured as such, but it was just the two of them who recorded it (possibly due to COVID?).

I think when they get to touring it’ll be for this new album rather than a postponed Ghosteen tour.

I am off the acid, not for any particular reason. It's funny though because I have all these tabs left over, and I didn't want my wife to chuck em when I went away, so I hid them in a jar of Vegemite. This is for 2 reasons, the first being she despises Vegemite. The second is because you should always refrigerate your acid, stops the good stuff from evaporating out of it. My first thought was that it was a bit insensitive emailing Nick Cave about acid when that's what Arthur had taken before his death. Anyway, can confirm that Ms P keeps her vegemite in the cupboard.
