Zoo Music Girl
I suspect the sat, sun and mon gigs will all be near enough the same, with only the piano-ballad changing. I dont really mind which of those I get...but yes, I will be all over my beloved setlist website so dont even think about any stitch ups! You think the koko gig will be a standard 9pm start then?? I assumed it will be 7 or 7.30 tops. You think they will do more than one take of songs etc to make sure it's perfect? I havent really thought about it until this second really. Yep. Koko is gonna be the one that makes you weep into your frosties when you read about it on monday morning... I think you're right that the three this weekend will be pretty much the same. We can compare notes anyway! I think doors for Koko are at 7:00ish aren't they? I'll be there early to get a good spot. But being the psycho I am I reckon I'll also go to get my wristband from 3pm just in case! That leaves a good few hours of nervous drinking. Doing multiple takes would kind of ruin the atmosphere wouldn't it? How can you not have thought about it until this second when I've thought about nothing else for three weeks... Zoo Music Girl
Well I'd have ended up going then! What ID needed though. Could have sent an old bill or something through post You need photo ID and a printout of the email as confirmation.

Surely wasting hours of your life discussing the merits of his albums online makes you quite hardcore. I think being drunk will add to the intensity of the performance. I usually find it does. I suppose we are. Though the only terrifying thing about me is the prospect of being bored to death. You're right, getting drunk it is then. Another gig not remembered then... You're right, getting drunk it is then. Another gig not remembered then... With the bonus that we'll be able to see the recording of it later! Although how much they use for the film is debatable. It's only going to be one or two songs really, isn't it? Speaking of his gigs being filmed, I appear frequently in the DVD recording of his Abbatoir Blues tour
carlosj
I think being drunk will add to the intensity of the performance. I usually find it does. Not an option for me (on Saturday). Actually I'm going to get absolutelyu trashed I think I've been to a gig where they filmed it and the only thing I can remember is that there were bits at the end where they got us all to clap and cheer for extra sound effects. Still don't remember which band and where though. They won't have retakes, but they'll have enough cameras around to be able edit out your drunken leering Russ, heh heh

Zoo Music Girl
I reckon there'll be a fair bit from you too! Wait until you see him at close quarters - you'll probably be leering too. The man's charms are irresistible, regardless of your gender or persuasion.
Zoo Music Girl
I've already told Mrs Scruff he's one of my "confusers". Along with 70s era Bowie, and from what I've seen, Blixa before he grew his hair into those curtains. Haha - that's excellent!

Zoo Music Girl
Now I love the doors and my mono version of their debut album is one of my prize possessions, but I've never seen him in that way. He doesn't do it for me either, to offer a female perspective.
russycarps
Hers is Alison Mosshart's from The Kills and The Dead Weather. And do you know what - I don't think I'd fall out with her. Your lady would make a fine lesbian - top choice! Now I love the doors and my mono version of their debut album is one of my prize possessions, but I've never seen him in that way. Oh I think he;s just dreamy. I like the classic rock-god type. That tit from INXS also makes me wet, for example.

jimmyt
Nick, Moz, Bowie and Brett. All confusers but only because of their beautiful minds. Are we going to meet up at Hammersmith on Saturday? Do they have a cider bus?!
Zoo Music Girl
Brett not a confuser? Surely the term was made for him! The man is sex on legs. Still. Jarvis too, naturally. I'm too shy to formally meet up with anyone from here. However, you'll spot me - I'll be the one Nick Cave has a 'moment' with, much like the girl in the white dress at Glastonbury. Zoo Music Girl
I think the word you're looking for is 'sensitive'. I don't fancy Moz myself though. That's just wrong.

Zoo Music Girl
Well, I'd take Cave over any of them, naturally. But even he has his sensitive side. He could leave that at home though, you're right.
