That his usual charge? Maaan. I was thinking I'd prefer seeing him on his tour than at Glastonbury anyway because I had the heebie jeebies about chatters ruining stuff like I Need You so I wasn't too fussed about the news, but that'll be a bite out of the old bank account.

Pretty sure I paid that last time. Cave ain't cheap. I'd go even if he was at Glasto though.

Yeah I've spend more money on him than any other artist, no doubt about it.

The bugger will do the UK in May, he has a nasty habit of playing gigs when I'm on holiday, and I go away in May.

They're one of my few remaining must-sees that I haven't yet, really need that sorting out on this tour. They'd make a fucking incredible headliner for Green Man's promised 15th anniversary extravaganza.

With this new album he would be much better in his own gigs in indoor venues than a big field anyway. If he played Glasto he probably would've created some kind of agonising horrendous clash, so probably just as well.

I was concerned about forking out on tickets for Nick and the Seeds only for them to be announced for glasto. Problem solved!

Nick Cave at Green Man would be sensational.

Those tour dates also make Lattitude a probability. Announcing him would get me signed up to either of those festivals.

Nottingham Royal Opera House again please. Was the perfect venue to see him on his last tour.

Just looked at the prices for some of the Aus dates and it is about $90.

Thats roughly £50 isn't it? (ignoring shitty rates at the moment)

Yeah definitely, I saw it in Brighton in 3D and was looked brilliant/classy without being too over the top blue alien 3D.

Really comes into its own during the performance of some of the songs, think it was Girl in Amber when they had this mind blowing effect that sorted needed 3D.

I'd say yes too, it's 3D done in a different way to your typical Hollywood movie, slow moving and subtle. It enhanced the film rather than distracted from it.

I saw the film tonight (unfortunately not in 3D, it was too expensive).

It was stunning, I'm so glad that it got a re-release in the cinema, was just beautiful.

Now there has been multiple cinema runs, DVD release, a tour.
