The difference tho is, I'm right. Churchil was opposed to war as a result of his doings from both a desk and the trenches in WW1, but he felt (as anyone does) that war is sometimes necessary.

I don't disagree that he had to fight apartheid.

I object to him being called peaceful when his method of fighting apartheid was to get other people to mass slaughter innocent civilians.

Like Blair. I didn't object to him taking on Saddam. I objected to him mass-murdering innocent Iraqis to get to Saddam.

Of course, to you they're not innocent civilians but bricks in the wall...

The ANC were acting for their own country, and their intentions were honest. History since they've been in power shows that honesty was sincere.

(yes, i know there's corruption and shite like that, but you get that everywhere to some degree.)

I'm not trying to claim perfection for the ANC, but it was a just fight, and winning that fight requires the use of whatever means are at your disposal when you're a small force taking on a whole state apparatus.
