Robed from another thread, this article made me happy which is a fucking first for the Fail.

Anyway, I have found myself looking to see what shoes all the girls are wearing for research purposes.

The amount of sunshine though makes it perfect for this thread and bound to get a few ripples of excitement going.

Mrs Woffy has today got some safety shoes at work and they're cool as fuck, comfy, practical and have toe 'tectors - handy in a crowd for the dainty-toed among you!

Re shoes: Deffo wellies. Also, I usually get a pair of cheap Primarni pumps around about now so you can wear them in a bit beforehand. I would not recommend anything open toed. Ouch. Lots of stones and ocassional stony paths. You will be grateful for a closed in shoe! Also, when you're sat down for a bit, you can rest your can in one when you've taken them off, as in the pic

You'll do tons of walking so they have to be comfy, but also not a pain to take off as you will want to air your feet while you'#re in the same place for a while.

Also carry a small packet of wet wipes in your day bag, so you can wipe your feet every now and then.

Pretty much what I was doing, bringing the wellies with me for this weekend and will leave them with Mr HMV cos I don't have to carry as much this weekend.

Was meant to pop to PRimani afterwork today and forgot and have made other plans. Bugger.

Good plan. I reckon next weekend is ok for shoe shopping, I think thats when I'll have time to do mine anyway!

Another top tip- bamboo socks. And wear socks with your shoes most of the time, it makes for happier feet I find.

I personally swear by walking boots even if m***y and comfy trainers. Wellie scan give you awful blisters and in my opinion not comfy for walking say 5 miles plus a day in. But I am not a girlie and don't understand this festival chic stuff.
