But his stock has seriously fallen these days. Most people I've seen talking about the gigs are referring to it as the Calvin Harris gig. He's certainly the main draw.

Worth keeping an eye on bands touring in December. Quite a few will be announcing festival dates next summer I would imagine. White Lies are a dead cert if you ask me. Going by that theory as well, I'd hope for Basement Jaxx, Hanson ( aye, shut it ), Placebo and Gogol Bordello.

As for Calvin Harris... I dunno. I think he's done it too many times in a row now. I don't think he's gonna play a part next year.

I see him back at T next year, why when he's just helped sell out the Hydro twice on his tour and both manchester shows have sold out standing would they not book him again. That's gotta be 70k tickets? I'd have said either Radio 1 headline or subbing main stage next year.

Biffy were absolutely incredible last night at Leeds, 100% justified their headline status. I hope Ellis has the sense to book them for next year!

Just watched the Biffy set, they definately should have headlined it this year, nailed it. I'd be happy with them headlining one night next year. I'll go with them and Arctic Monkeys as two of the headers. Still going to say that Calvin wont be there, will take a break after this tour to get his new album done. Avicii will probably be the main dance act. Also thought Chase and Status would have been better as a NME header going by their set, dark works for them.

As much as I like Biffy (and I'm sure they were brilliant at R/L) the new stuff just doesn't do anything for me. Unless they cracked a lot of older stuff I'd be a bit disappointed with them as a headliner. I think it was only 2 and a half songs from the pre Puzzle days.

Biffy Clyro are much bigger than Nine Inch Nails in the UK, hence why they'll play ahead of them. Quality of music doesn't really matter when these decisions are made, nor should it.

I think Biffy quelled the doubts of many over the weekend. A headline band at almost any UK festival - maybe not Glasto yet - from now on.

something about 2014 happening? I'm not really predicting them lol, i'm just stating it'd be a top set, can't be bothered with predictions as the pool seems huge for next year.

what makes me feel gutted is that if T play their cards right it could be crazy good and if I go glasto then T will be a no go
