The plugging isn't over yet; I've written an article about the song "The Modern Leper" by Frightened Rabbit:

Alunageorge - body music

I admit i was quite daunted with this task having seen just how long the album was (19 songs) given how much hate i was getting from my friends from saying i was going to review that album so i went in with low expectations however i ploughed on and i was thoroughly surprised by the album. As debut albums go it is a beautiful piece of work. I got completely taken in by it, the vocals beautifuly compliment the slow R&B house fusion which was absolutely beautiful in places. The album dragged on in places but thats to be expected from a bands first effort. It is however more unified than i expected from a debut album and that shows that the band knows their sound, and its a lovely sound. In conclusion despite the fact i generally have much time for R&B, this album is really well done and you should at least listen to it once before discarding the band.

7.5/10
