No and no, absolutely not! We're getting back to silly Emile Sande could have headlined Glastonbury area now.
Faithless subbed Glastonbury at their peak and considering The Chemical Brothers had headlined it then they would have been chosen if so. Underworld just no. Absolutely garbage.
Happy New Year all!
Remember Glastonbury is about smiling and dancing, it smells of farm and sex.
I love the festival and all who attend unconditionally.
Rubbish! If it matters play it more, simple facts!. Do a longer solo tour when touring is back, again simple facts! Paramore would have waited if solo was that big and popular. My opinion doesn't need to we, what happened is.
No dude, playing 1 song on a 14 date stint, 1 different song instead of both on the tour isn't. Again, do a solo tour when it's possible to as above. You didn't see other acts just decide not to do a tour because covid happened.
It's not really extreme, acts include what they think is worth it so by 2023 when they did a tour that was 21/22 songs like there was still only room for one of her own solo songs and I mean come on that setlist has plenty of options that could drop out if it mattered as was seen important enough.
The point is they had a support slot to the biggest artists in the world for 9 songs, 90k people at Wembley to drop a solo song but nope.
I don't know what they did. But I was mouth-opened for 75% of that gig and absorbing every minute, knowing it might be my last for a while. I knew about 5 PSB tunes. The appreciation I had for them after that wad incredible. I could feel the prestige and brilliance of a world class act. And that sound... wow!
I don't remember without checking who else I watched on Other that year, but I remember questioning during that set - have they suddenly installed the best sound system ever, or do PSB just typically produce this kind of output, clarity and power! Either way, I was gone. Those emotional Glasto Sundays, man.
Mushroom chocs certainly enhanced the overall experience 😇
