I know you can't take alcohol into the arena part of the festival, but can you take your own beer/spirits into the campsite? And is there a supermarket near by to buy booze from?

I'll be travelling on my own from Manchester/Liverpool way if anyone wants to meet up? I'm thinking of flying at the moment.

And that leaves me one final thing, my brother missed out on a ticket, so if on the off chance anyone is selling a combi ticket, give us a shout please.

i think you can bring anything to the campsite, they didnt check our bags or anything so even if you cant just put it deep inside a bag and thats it.

exactly, they just sell beer and wine, no spirits inside the festival, but they don't look so much so you can always enter a hip flask

After a little research on another thread there's a village about 2k outside of the festival, and people where able to freely bring back bottles of vodka and crates of lager from the supermarket back into the campsite (maybe you have to decant the vodka into plastic bottles.)

Gesaffelstein will play at the festival on Thursday, July 3. The Subs will play a day later, on Friday, July 4. On Saturday, July 5 the beats of SBTRKT, Trentemøller and Moderat will resound. Rudi-mental and Chase and Status are confirmed on Sunday, July 6. The line-up for Rock Werchter 2014 currently includes 50 names.

I think you should be fine, as long as you get the mix right and you act the same around both it'll be a good laugh

Hi guys! I don't know if I'm in the right place for asking this, but I just wonder if someone here or if someone knows a forum or something, there people are selling combi-tickets? Me and my boyfriend was suppose to buy tickets in tuseday, just a few hours after they sold out. Now we're looking for a place or a person where we can find tickets to buy, for a higher price I guess. But that's ok!

I've seen C&S so much over the years (supporting or at tests) and every time they've been poorer than before. And they weren't great to start!

Are there still any chances for a big name on friday? I think they had announced them when they'd already booked one?! I cannot imagine that we will get a "big surprise", because it's already sold out ... It will be a "smaller" act like elbow or so ...

As they sold all of the combi tickets, I would guess that they have nothing to hurry about now. They would wait for the possible good signings instead of being in a rush. So maybe this Friday nothing should be expected. Maybe a couple of fancy names like Warpaint and White Lies that has already clicked on.

im happy with the dance acts today i saw CnS at leeds last year and they were brilliant so im hoping their on the main stage say before KoL or before the sub
