Flashbulb eyes is good now! look at a recent live video, i reckon it sounds fucking brilliant.

I'd imagine we will get pretty much exactly the same as coachella, which is tomorrow or sunday can't remember which, that will be the big indicator.

As for the covers, at the festivals they have recently played in south america they haven't played one so luckily it seems like we wont get one either. Would love to see one when they tour though, just don't want them to waste part of their setlist on one.

Good set but Power Out in to Rebellion is a must for me. It works so well.

Haha the amount of times you've said that in this thread ;)

I dunno really, I reckon by the time Glasto comes around they could be playing Keep the car running regularly, you never know.

I don’t really get the love for Keep The Car Running.

Imagine all the crowd in the pyramid field singing the first 'It's Cooooomiiiinng'.

That's why.

Intervention and Spawl II are the only 2 songs I'd be absolutely dying to hear, if they didn't play those, I'd be gutted.

I doubt you'll get intervention as they seem to be playing very little off neon bible, but sprawl ii seems a set list staple.

I'm looking forward to "Lies! Lies!" When the Pyramid lights go on full and everybody has their hands in the air.

That's really weird, was just listening to funeral and this is what i was thinking when rebellion was on hahaha.

Also after that listen, another thing im looking forward to alot is the whole crowd doing the 'oohhhhs' at the end of Tunnels

Been revisiting both Reflektor and the older albums this week. Can conclude this is going to be frigging ace :)

Hope I won't be ruining it for myself by seeing them in London a few weeks prior but I suspect that Glastonbury atmosphere will push it above and beyond.

Now just hope I'm not working during their set...

A little off topic, but do people still think there will be a more extensive UK arena tour in the autumn? I'm starting to think this outdoor Montreal show in August looks like an end of tour gig. Regretting not bothering with Earls Court now - although I'll be seeing them at Glastonbury of course.

Back to the QotSA thing and playing the songs for the rest of the summer, there was a LOT of festivals before that, and those songs were played.

Basically, they knew exactly what they were going to play and played it.

Pretty sure glasto was early on, theyd been touring their debut before that. I thought they just did it cos they didnt have an album to promote or anything. Doubt Arcade Fire will do anything like that until they stop making albums every few years.

I've just been watching their Brazil set from a few days ago. It's the best I've seen them in a while now (and the played Laika!) so I'm really too excited for Glastonbury now.

With regards to the crowds, although it probably won't be as energetic as the likes of Brazil, their set is so well put together now that there's plenty of songs in the set that everyone must have heard by now. I don't think they'll have a problem drawing in a big crowd
