taxis creamfield
Hi to all again . lymmited Taxis is Daresbury largest taxi company in the area . We have received many calls asking about taxi prices from Warrington Bank Quay and central train station. The price should be if there is no queuing and it's a straight forward direct run from the station to the Stag pub drop point around £8.00 to £10.00 or to the field drop point around £10.00-12.00 . The price will only be more IF the taxi is held up in traffic and you are queuing to gain entry to the camping site which could be as much as £18.00 depending on how long you are queuing . Remember the event attracts 40,000 people . The taxi council tariff 1 meter rate runs from 7.00 to 23.00 at that point the night rate starts ( tarrif 2) That will then cost you upto £20.00 to return to Warrington for upto 4 people . Remember Bank holiday -ALL taxi rates are tarrif 3 bank holiday rate for 24 hours from 12 midnight Sunday 25th to midnight 26th of August 2013. Hope this helps to stop some independent taxi drivers from out of Warringon trying to charge £50.00 to £60.00 to travel 4 miles . If in doubt ask for a receipt for the journey and take the drivers plate no and badge no and report to Taxi Marshall's on site . Visit www.lymmitedtaxis.co.uk or ring 01925393111 . Travel safe & preplan your journey & enjoy ! Thanks Alan Holding
