Box Office Collection

Title says it all really... does anyone know where about on site I would have to go for box office collection? My mates already have their tickets so will be going straight in, whereas I need to go collect mine. Ticketmaster literally just says Your tickets will be held at the venue collection point. Please see the relevant venue page for more details. Yet the site has no info.

I think there is a kiosk near where you get the wristbands where you can pick up tickets. On the site map for Weston that would be roughly where the first aid point is

You sometimes get asked to show ticket as you leave the car park and they check for glass bottles etc so you might want to have your email or ref for ticket to show staff and they will point you in right direction incase I got the info wrong

Can't think where else the ticket pick up would be

For any one looking this up in future you just need to show your confirmation letter at the gate, then the ticket collection booth is to the right hand side of the wristband exchange.
