just curious how much money people take for the weekend? I myself am taking about £150, worrying this wont be enough. I don't have a stove so will need to buy food each day. Think I took about £180 last year and that was plenty.

£150 should be plenty. Its usually what I take and never felt restricted in what I spend. However I don't tend to buy drinks in the arena.

I will take my own booze into arena but buy drinks when ive ran out. I wont buy any merch etc just the stage times. Im sure Ill be fine. in 2008 my boyfriend and I did it on £100 between us. Stoves were allowed then though

Woah, I'm taking £70 for the whole 5 days! And that'll do me fine! Haha! Tbh, I don't buy the stage times or any Merch (however, if Biffy has a t-shirt with the dates on I will be mighty tempted!)

If I had more money to bring though, I most certainly would and it would all go by the end of the festival!

Once the official times are up today, you can print off a clashfinder and not have to spend money on the lanyard.

I usually take about £100 and don't spend it all, but I don't buy drinks in the arena and I take some of my own food.

Remember at Deftones gig earlier in the year their designs were shite.

circa £60-80 a day for me I reckon but Im an arena booze buyer, so 8-10 pints, plus fags, plus food, all adds up

Has anyone said how much the bar prices are gonna be this year yet?

Depends what you plan to buy up front or buy there - for example are you cooking or buying meals, drinking in the campsite for longer or going into the arena, do you plan on buying merch/tat, etc.

If I was camping and not going to local pubs I'd budget on 10 pints (£45), three meals (£25) and one emergency packet of fags (because no matter what you buy in advance you always get caught short at some point) per day (£10), so about £250, although I'd take more as it's best to over-compensate rather than get caught short.

I don't think I've ever bought a festival shirt before, I will grab a band shirt if I like the design on it tho.

Yeah I'm only getting one if they're particularly nice. Didn't get one last year, have one every year otherwise from 2007.

i was planning to take £50 :\ took that amount last year and it was cool.... however i plan to take alot of food with me.

i bought the shirt in the sale in January time.... it was like £5 and plan to do the same.

£250 is what I take. That's usually enough to drink all day in the arena. Have two meals in the arena per day and a t shirt and hoody.

I got through about £120 last year. I've set aside £150 this year, so that should be plenty.

I'm planning on taking about £80 to be safe. One meal a day from the venders late afternoon is what I did last year. I will buy a SOAD shirt as well if I like any of the designs.

100 will do me. A proper meal a day, couple of drinks in the arena and some band t's if there's any I like. The rest is just me overcompensating.
