Who do you think R&L could've pulled a trick by booking, not headliners but filler bands?

I reckon there would be huge benefits to getting Death Grips due to all the media, they couldn't have predicted that, but they'd definitely boost their hipster cred.

I think they booked some proper little gems this year like FIDLAR, ASIWYFA and Chance The Rapper.

They also did pretty well with the undercard getting pretty much all of the NME hype type bands, Bastille, Palmas, Peace, 1975, Swim Deep, Drenge, Johnny Marr, Haim, Deap Vally, Imagine Dragons, Tame Impala.

Next year I'd like to see PABH back, Trash Talk, Death Grips also, Frank Ocean, Kendrick, We Are Scientists, Wu-Tang/Public Enemy. Basically some decent hip-hop, instead of majorly grime. Also some more house music, like Four Tet, George Fitzgerald.

I reckon Miles Kane would've been an ideal booking- not sure how they missed out on him since he didn't play V.

Public Enemy would also have been a good booking- Harder Than You Think's won them a decent few younger fans, so I imagine they'd have got a decent crowd.

Though both of these are mostly because I'm dying to see them.
