Bisque
One or two, yeah. Don't know what you mean by that though. I meant those acts broke up and continued to do DJ sets. Isn't it usually just one or two from the band DJing using the bands name as kind of a "promotion"/looks good on a flyer
The Placid Casual
They tweeted me telling me it's just Johnny. Shame
Asdaprice
See the only reason I don't do the same is because I've lost all sense of perspective. Everything you post is nonsensical, irreverent dirge. But you knew that anyway. True. Like the time I made up the broken ribs thing. That was silly of me I apologise. VCK
The last two Gaslight Anthem albums reached top five in the UK, so third from top wouldn't be out of the question for them.
Chavmeisterdeluxe
Definitely see BMTH 3rd on Metallica day. Were they fourth or fifth last time? Edited December 7, 2014 by Chavmeisterdeluxe

SamFeeley22
Macklemore, Vampire Weekend, Jake Bugg Don't give a fuck who the sub's are as long as they're better than last years. I'd say BMTH are as big as Jake Bugg and Vampire Weekend, Macklemore obviously has the mainstream appeal and I assume we'll probably get another one of them
SamFeeley22
Do people think its possible we could see Avenged Sevenfold sub to Metallica?
dentalplan
If you like them enough then I don't see why not.

justanothername
Do people think its possible we could see Avenged Sevenfold sub to Metallica? Probably not, they just headlined Download and I don't think they'll risk they're headline status any time soon
Asdaprice
Do people think its possible we could see Avenged Sevenfold sub to Metallica? I think it's possible, Avenged will appeal to the Reading market and have done an amazing job of performing live recently so I think it'd be a good booking. No doubt if it happened andy copping would have a tiff but I think it's silly if he believes Avenged should only headline Downloads from now on. SamFeeley22
I think that'd be perfect Metallica Avenged BMTH That's the stuff of dreams
Yellow_Fellow
I think Reading lineups are so stylistically inconsistent that lineup is unlikely Not to mention fucking garbage
SamFeeley22
Saying that though we have Sonisphere to announce their line up yet though and Avenged and BMTH could very well be a part of that, but i expect SOAD, Queen and DC but that's apart of another thread
Gucci Piggy
Soni ain't gonna be on pal and that top 3 you just posted would be the worst fuckin thing ever.
SamFeeley22
I agree it'd be terrible, I don't like any of em I'm just saying that's what I can see, how come no Soni?
Asdaprice
I think Reading lineups are so stylistically inconsistent that lineup is unlikely Not to mention fucking garbage I know some days have been bloody ropey in inconstancy lately, but I would be really surprised if Metallica are subbed by anything other than hard rock/metal. BMTH, if not at Soni, could easily play 3rd on one of the days,

justanothername
I agree it'd be terrible, I don't like any of em I'm just saying that's what I can see, how come no Soni? Download has a strong line up this year, R&L has announced and there has been no word about Soni 2015 at all
dentalplan
I don't really see BMTH or Avenged Sevenfold playing at all. Avenged just worked their way up to headline status at Download and probably would leave it at least a little while, and as has been said before it'd be weird for BMTH to play if they're not bringing out an album yet. It'd be like Shikari playing this year; they'd play about 4th down and when the album comes out it'd be too soon for them to be bumped up so they'd get picked up by Download. SamFeeley22
JustAnotherName I was talking about the Soni prediction would be terrible (Queen, DC and SOAD) my ideal Leeds line up on the Metallica day would be A7X and BMTH subbing which as I said would be perfect Also DentalPlan I think we're past the point where you have to have an album out to play, there's a lack of headline bands out there which is why I think it's possible we see both of those although Avenged aren't very common at Leeds
