Wtf I never knew that was the context which "mong" came from. I saw someone complain about people using "mongo" for that reason, but didn't think "mong" came from that. Looking back that seems kinda obvious.

No problem really. I figured you weren't being offensive but just pointing it out for awareness and stuff.

Yeah I like it as well, preferred the first album but this one's still decent. Didn't think much of most of the bonus tracks mind.

I liked some of the bonus tracks but as it wore on I couldn't help but feel listening to the deluxe edition at 65 minutes long straight off the bat was a misstep. Plenty of tunes though anyway. I need to revisit the first one as after a couple of listens and being impressed it went straight on the backburner.

I'd agree with that actually, feels a bit unfair to judge the album after listening to another 8 songs which aren't part of the normal album. I'll give it a few more listens tomorrow and over the weekend anyway.

Why is everyone predicting Bastille to play on the Mumford and Sons day in the prediction game? I listened back to the radio show and what the guy from the band said was that they were third down and Zane was teasing him to try and reveal who the headliner they were playing below was, implying it was the third headliner.

Interview was recorded middle/early of last week, before mumfords announced so likely at that point wern't allowed to reveal anything

Yeah, I was just about to say that the interview was pre recorded. Either just before, or just after the interview zane is talking, then just as he is finishing his sentence the next sentence starts at a completely different volume level and tone.

So when dan says he can't reveal anything right now, he is obviously under embargo. As the announcement hadn't been made.

I can understand why 'casual' (for lack of a better term, casuals who don't go as in depth with festivals as us. Inb4 someone makes a football hooligans casuals joke) people are being fooled by that fake poster, they'll believe anything. But, has a full lineup poster ever leaked this early before?

Nah, I imagine the poster doesn't even exist until very close to the announcement. That one from last year leaked on the day and still wasn't completely right.
