How many bands left do you reckon? Last year there were ~9 bands on main stage every day, so I'm guessing they still need to announce ~10 bands for main stage. Plus then BBC Introducing, Alternative Stage and filling up The Pit/Lock Up/FR.

Last year, after the March 10th Announcement, they announced another 50+ bands on the 23rd of April. Do you think this announcement will come earlier this year since the main announcement came earlier?

Thank you Zac, I had no idea. Her secobd album must not have done all that well as radio play was non-existant.

Did you not see at Bestival last year? Doing new shit as well?

It was a bit boring until she done In for the kill like (if I remember rightly, I was sorting of popping in out of the tent while she was on.)

I saw blue and black, then I looked away and when I looked back it was white and gold. What is this witchcraft

This has been the case for me to, its just a cool optical illusion. At first I thought it was two pictures going around, as when searched the photos on twitter i saw both on the same page =p

If we are starting to pick bands purely on sex then I'm pretty sure someone can come up with a better all-male line up.

I doubt it, I really do, its bloody ace almost constantly....which is what makes it such an unrealistic line up and takes away its point as no line up could ever be that good!

Enter Shikari were fucking brilliant last night. Dunno if it was the small-ish venue and less twats in the crowd but it was so so much more enjoyable than their R&L set. Feed the Rhino were pretty good too.

Did you get Fatherson and allusondrugs too? They were all good in Barras last weekend.

Jack u as final dance stage headliners? Not sure on any of Skrillex or Diplo's tour dates.

Skrillex is at SW4 on the Sunday so wouldn't be able to play at Leeds which pretty much rules them out. Not a big fan of Jack U's stuff, feel like Skrillex's last solo album was his best work thus far by a long shot.

I saw the tweet of this. It was fucking stupid. The idea was to dispel the claim that R&L doesn't book many female acts because there aren't many suitable ones? How does a poster full of acts completely unsuited to R&L disprove that?

Yeah I'm sure Björk and Portishead would go down a treat, wouldn't they?

Bjork has played in that exact headline spot at Reading in the past and it was an amazing show.

Yes because Readings target audience hasn't changed at all in twenty years.

There's a reason the festival is booking different acts now than it was 10-20 years ago and its not just because Melvin's lost it. Its because they're popular bookings with their target audience of 16-18 year olds.

They said the same thing 10-20 years ago
