justanothername
Chase and Status brought more twats than Eminem. It's the dance music, not the hip-hop/rap.
Com Truise
I don't reckon Kanye's music appeals to as many chavs as Eminem. Especially if he had someone like Jack White subbing.
dentalplan
Kanye wouldn't bring as many twats. Way more alternative. Hence why he's popular somewhere like this and Eminem isn't.

rug568
Chavs is such a middle class word. When people say 'chavs' they're just talking about any working class young guy.

adam1234
I've had this debate on the glasto boards. I don't really think Chav has anything to do with class anymore. It's more about people's behaviour rather than where they come from or what they wear. That's at least how I use it anyway, for example: Somebody wearing a reebok track suit, Burberry cap who has no money and is from a deprived area who stands up on a bus and offers his seat to an elderly person is not a Chav. Somebody in a group of his mates from harrow wearing chinos and a blazer throwing coins at passers by from a posh apartment balcony on canary wharf is being a Chav. I see class/status as having no bearing on weather somebody is a Chav or not. Edited September 6, 2013 by adam1234

Yellow_Fellow
I can't picture it in any context other than a Dappy-esque individual with a knife cornering some poor kid in an alley going "Yer a wasteman bruv"
thewayiam
I like how Gazza spends most of his time debating and arguing over a lineup for a festival he likes to tell everyone he no longer has any interest in attending. Tobieski
I was joking with scamps by the way, heard my granddad use it once and found it mildly amusing.
dentalplan
You're basically saying I shouldn't talk about a fest that I've kinda lost interest in. This isn't because I no longer want to attend it, I went for 7 years straight, I'd love the festival to get back to booking top acts but a lot of i is just filler and this year just went way too much for me this year.
