jonodillieono
Leeds is the same as Reading. Full of mongs who are away from home for the first time and think that gives them an excuse to make divs of themselves. Difference is, they're from places like Burnley, Hull and Preston... Is it true the Yaya/Kolo Toure chant was commonly heard at Leeds this year? One of the most annoying chants in football, everyone else seems to love it though. You'd think Man City were the first set of fans to repeatedly chant a player's name, although I bet the people involved weren't even Citeh fans, but supporters of other clubs who have had them as their "second team" ever since they started winning trophies... 2rare2die
It happened a lot by mine, it was a bunch of scousers who started it there so I severely doubt they like city and all of our group joined in and we fucking hate city. I didn't hear it anywhere other than around our part of the campsite though. It was a nice change over the Alan chants

DomDom1984
There was some of that at T as well. Got boring after the 200th time of hearing it.

VCK
It was Man City who originated the chant when Kolo was there. Either way, I don't see the point of singing another club's chants. Everyone talks about that chant like it's the most amazing song ever, when it's hardly the most witty or well thought out chant, just two players names being sung over and over again. A rendition of Marching On Together, We Are Champions Champions Of Europe, or Oh Brian McDermott, however. I wouldn't be able to resist. VCK
Haha my favourite's still 'He's big, he's red, his feet stick out the bed... PETER CROUCH!' But yeah, the Toure chants seem pretty pointless to be fair.

justanothername
DAM IT MY GENERATION! WHY YOU RUIN LEEDS! Our group really wasn't that bad compared to others. We did get a bit drunk (One girl did every night) but we did spend more time sober than planned That was only an after thought to me, I went for da music! Duw13
The Toure chant's something I first heard on holiday in Zante around June time, and apparently it's been going around all the holiday destinations and been taken home. no limit to it's catchiness mind. adam1234
Stoke sang the tune in the early 90s when Lou macari was manager. It used to go on longer though past the chorus, it was pretty good. I don't mind the toure song really, it was quite funny when I first heard it a couple of years back. When done properly the city fans get down low for the kolo bit and then jump up and reach high for the Yaya bit.
alex28
Not gonna lie, I was loving the Toure chant, never heard it before and did make me laugh a fair bit. Made a nice change.
