same thoughts here. I was also going for 3pm local time. people are guessing 4 pm local time in the ringrocker.com (official German Rock am Ring fan forum).

I'd say: some time today, maybe even later around 6 pm local time.

A Dutch festival news site mentioned the 2pm one with a German quote, but they didn't mention a source. They say it's moved back to 4pm now, we'll see in 10 minutes. Either way they're coming today, since RaR promised names this week.

Yes Marek Lieberberg confirmed this year would be a four day event on stage last year. I already have time booked off for it, I'm almost certainly going after that announcement!

I've been going to the festival since 2010 and the tickets always seem to sell out at different times! If you're definitely going, my advice to you is just but your ticket as soon as you can afford it. As far as I know, there's no official uk seller. For legit tickets go through the RaR website, or the ringrocker website. Hope you manage to get tickets sorted, it's an awesome festival!

I can't remember if there was an e-ticket option, but the three times I've been there I've always had hard ticket. In 2012 I got my ticket to Iceland in 3-4 days.(you'll need google translate to order your ticket )

But as much as I love RaR, there is one thing that I don't like. The space in front of the Main Stage is way to narrow, it gets very tight there. It means if you're not there at noon you'll have a problem getting a good spot there. But having said that, the second stage is probably the best at a festival I've been to. It's big(35k), has big artists and it's in a slope. Also, the campsite is awesome if you wanna party
