it's pretty good, not a touch on last year though. boys noize, sven vath, 1-800 dinosaur & kaytranada are some real good coups.

I've seen most of the rest multiple times so can't really get too excited about em. eats, bicep, route94 and dusky will probably go down a storm

Does anyone know how a Chase and Status DJ Set compares to the real thing? Like is it just the show without the guests or?

I believe it's usually just them and prehaps MC Rage basically mixing/playing their own songs (Maybe a few other songs to?) but yeah no guests/drummer/the one who plays guitar doesn't etc.

They did it after their Glastonbury "live" set at Arcadia last year, can't tell you how good it was though as huge crowd of idoits turned up believing that Daft Punk were going to appear instead and i cba getting through them.

I've seen both in the last couple of years, the live set is far better.

But the DJ set is still good, infact at Exit last year it was pretty amazing

What sort of prices should I be looking at for ferry crossing with car? Just had a quick look at prices and coming up as £70ish each way on red funnel? Wasn't expecting it to be quite so dear..?

Yep, that's exactly right. Got mine for £69 each way with Wightlink this week. The prices go up as Besti draws closer.

I'm still holding out for Lauryn Hill, she's playing at Outlook Festival (the same weekend as Bestival, Busta is playing too) so it really will be a missed opportunity if Rob doesn't book her.

Cool, thanks! I done a alot of Glastonbury alone last year as the people I went with just wanted to stay at camp all the time...so feel a bit at ease with doing one entirely on my own this year and the lineup does really tempt me!

I'd say so, i'm one of them wandering drunks so I generally lose my mates and end up messing about with randomers at bestival. Most people are a laugh

Really happy with Basement Jaxx and Candi Staton.

Basement Jaxx for Big Top headliners potentially? Or maybe before Foals, that'd be really good actually, Disclosure, Jaxx and Major Lazer all as subs is a really good set.

was hoping for a better sunday big top headliner than Paloma Faith, man! Hope Bollywood pull out something huge. Jaxx is a great addition to any lineup though
