Feet

I think I've picked up a fungal infection on my feet from Glastonbury!

That's a lie... it was from a bird in Bangkok.

Anyway, they are well itchy in btween my toes & in the middle of my heel. Scratching them feels almost orgasmic but like a pack of Pringles, once you pop etc etc.

I know festi goers really look out for their feet so any advice? Cream, spray, biotics, ignore it?

Get some anti fungal powder in your shoes, wear cotton socks and change them twice a day. Never wear the same pair of shoes 2 days on the trot and all your woes will be gone in 2-3 weeks. I had bad feet when I was younger and the above fixed everything.

washing your feet in hot water with a bit of bleach will also give a quick respite from the symptoms.

I'd be cautious about bleach, especially if the skin is broken or cracked. The skin in between your toes is incredibly sensitive to chemicals, and the chlorine content of different bleaches varies wildly. I'd go with a warm, salty water footbath. keep them clean, be barefoot whenever the opportunity arises until it clears up to allow plenty of fresh air to your feet and toes. It sounds like athletes foot, so an antifungal powder is probably good advice. Never wear trainers or shoes without socks. Cold natural yoghurt would be good too, and depending on your preference - could be either yucky or slightly sexy.
