Make believe clashes

Spent many an evening last week on holiday making up pretend clashes on 2 stages and then us all having to decide who we would see and who we would forfeit and why..... some right conundrums

Bands/artists could be alive or dead

You cannot stage hop and watch half and half and have to watch one of the bands/artists in total (even if both are rubbish)

I'll go for Aretha, Bowie, Doves, Cohen (all easy choices), don't know anything by london boys, abdul or turd sandwich, Arcade (seen 'head twice, never seen Arcade), and Blur (amazing in '09 or whenever, Oasis are poomunchers).

The clash I keep having nightmares about is Daft Punk vs Janelle Monae, although probably irrelevant to many people, and not going to happen anyway.
