Of Montreal were just phenomenal. Anyone who had even the faintest inkling to go and see them on this tour should, they're fantastic live.

Seeing them Thursday, cannot wait! Also, i approve of the Wolf Parade sig.

On the Elephant 6 subject; is there any word of who might be supporting NMH on the UK?

Also, was thinking earlier (in the shower) how DFA1979 said they were gonna return with a new album (again) this year and so far haven't even been announced for North America dates. I'm wondering if they'll ever come back, or if they've realised again why they didn't want to be a band last time around.

If it's anything like tonight it'll be astounding. They were just so good. Incredible stage energy, lots of little medleys where they included snippets of more obscure songs. If I had money I'd try and go on the rest of the tour.

It's a shame Wolf Parade split. I'm glad I saw them before they did, although they were slightly disappointing. Not bad, just.... it wasn't a special show and I was kinda hoping for more.

I've never heard of her. I'm kinda gutted given that Elf Power are supporting them on the US leg, would love to see them. Could turn out that she's great though.

Oh I see, I thought I'd looked there recently but I must not have. Yeah I was expecting a small UK band to play as it might be a bit of a slog for another relative band to come and follow them around Europe, seems we have neither.

Kinda interesting that Glasgow has Frances McKee instead, I'd probably prefer her but Sadier is cool with me.
