TenInchToenaiIs
Oh yeah, I was more talking about the people climbing delay towers and supposedly picking fights with security guards trying to help them. Yeah but that stage was only closed because people 'rioted' and broke it... Ah was it, it said technical fault outside so we assumed it was that and thought nothing else of it
Yellow_Fellow
Both of them were? So did they break up because neither of them knew the other was fucking her as well, or was it one big free love session that has spiraled and no longer leaves time for the pressures of the band? That'd be funny, if there weren't 3 members of Death GripsHA
Amy Lawn
Death Grips fans, no sense of humour.

Gucci Piggy
Next year's ghost NME headliners, in the vein of My Bloody Valentine and Neutral Milk Hotel, are DFA 1979!!!
dentalplan
They've played a couple of times and aren't unrealistic like those other two. They wouldn't be of a size to headline NME though. Edited July 7, 2014 by dentalplan
TenInchToenaiIs
New songs fairly decent too. Reckon they could headline NME if this album really takes off... Big if

True but I don't think they'll play now.

Headlining Lock Up or FR or something would be cash though. Or just not playing because I probably won't be going, that's also good.

Ipayne
I'd be happy with that, love a bit of Mastodon. New album is cool.
Gucci Piggy
I was joking but they were cool in 2912. Haven't listened to the new album. GOD WHO PUT THE 9 NEXT TO THE 0? Edited July 7, 2014 by Will-2609
Ipayne
You never know.. don't think they'll really increase in popularity to be honest though. The new album won't really gain many new fans who didn't like them before to be honest; Mastodon are what they are.

lightning1000
Don't mind them on record. Live though, it just sounded like the same song being played 9 or 10 times.

Ipayne
The first time I saw them I thought that but decided to give them a second chance at Download last year and they were much better. Yeah their artwork is awesome, especially Blood Mountain and Cracke the Sky. Doesn't come close to Suck it and See and 48:13 though

Amy Lawn
http://youtu.be/wqBYHrw9_ys I wasn't expecting this. I hope the album is much more demented, people love this band for doing the opposite of stuff like this.
