Just found out that The Amazing Snakeheads are supporting Jack White in November - had this been announced?! Awesome, awesome band and Amphetamine Ballads was a superb album.

I found it very disappointing. Loved their first couple of singles but just couldn't get into it.

I'd only heard Here It Comes Again before I listened and was completely surprised by the different feel of the album so I can see why that happened. Though I thought it was excellent.

Yeah she's a crap drummer (and an even worse singer on occasion) but in fairness Jack White's arguebly best output has been with her due to their chemistry.

Yeah since they cancelled a load of stuff earlier this year it'd looked unlikely they'd come back. Sad news for any of their actual fans but good riddance from everyone else's point of view.

Yeah Biffy are pretty much the only band I would be devastated about breaking up. I wonder if Blink will ever even get the new album out
