Fair point. Maybe I'll just go for a full-sized image of Matt Berninger's face on my torso. Jed Maxwell style, then....

Thank you for posting this latest batch :) Finally had a chance to sit down and properly absorb them tonight (although I clearly have the kind of job that allows me time to spend hours on this forum, it's more tricky for me to listen to and watch stuff at work).

Anyway, predictably they are all great so I am clearly going to have to spend some pocket money at iTunes to get my own copies. Exile Villify is my favourite I think. There's something weird about Lean in that I love it and think it's beautiful when I listen to it but forget it almost instantly afterwards! This must be rectified with further listens. I think it's like TWFM - I had to work at that album a bit to really love it, but in the long run it's more rewarding. The band sections of the video for Think You Can Wait reminded me of the amazing visuals they had at their gig, which I'd almost forgotten about. Not sure if you'll remember those ;)

I love the weird gravy thing too! It's super-catchy. I need context though - what's it for? An advert or a TV show or something? They do seem to be a band with fingers in many pies.

Anyway, cheers again. I have a fairly serious habit now I reckon.

Edit: This is Rebecca by the way; I changed my username on a bit of a whim.

Glad you liked them all :)

I know exactly what you mean about Lean, it's stirring, and sad and beautiful, but yeah, it does dissolve from the memory. Trouble Will Find me is a real grower - it gets its hooks into you and before you know it you are listening to it, literally, every day like an addict. Maybe that's just me...

Yeah, I realised it was you, Kylie - what's the new name a reference to?

And, oh, you're a fellow veggie, too. This gets worse... please tell me you're actually a burly man, named Brian, with hairy shoulders.
