The third name down on the poster (on their twitter) is Imagine Dragons...

Imagine dragons cancelled their appearance at Bilbao due to album commitments. But yet didn't cancel OA which is strange...

This freed up the 12th for them I think... maybe the real reason they sacked off Bilbao is to headline OA...

No chance..they needed to be in the studio or something on the Tuesday (?) after Optimus, hence had to cancel BBK in order to get there - and hence reorganised T to be the Friday instead.

I actually wouldn't mind Foster The People headlining tbh, love both albums and so many tunes. Obviously prefer someone bigger like

I think RHCP have pulled the plug on the other EU festivals.

Hi everyone,

Been following this forum for a little while now, really looking forward to Optimus as it'll be my first time going - also getting equally frustrated that they've still not released the rest of the acts!

Had a think and came up with a few other potential headliners for the Saturday, not sure if I'm a bit far off the mark but these acts are all touring Europe around the same time as Optimus Alive, and I noticed they hadn't been mentioned here yet, so...

Basement Jaxx (playing Wireless on 4th/6th July)

Metronomy (they're doing dates in France throughout July, including on the 9th and 11th of July)

Lana del Rey (she's doing quite a few dates in Europe, including Spain on the 5th and Ireland on the 15th July)

Out of those three I think Lana del Rey could be the most likely, as Metronomy played in 2012.. what does everyone else think? Does anyone know if she's popular in Portugal?

All 3 would be great additions not sure any would headline though, pretty certain not, id also guess Lana would be the most popular not sure on her popularity in Europe mind.

I'd definitely take all 3 though.

In 2012 Metronomy played the really late slot in the tent about 2-3 am and they were on the same easyjet light as me back to London.
