Don´t be panic. I was doing research of other OA line ups and this is normal. Last year Editors were written in white till Depeach Mode confirmation.

I´m afraid that they are still looking for headliner, nothing closed yet...

RHCP or FOO would be amazing.

The same situation with Optimus Primavera Sound (Porto) and Pixies

Cass McCombs and Au Revoir Simone can't be headlining second stage when they were billed so far down on the poster before that, wouldn't look too much into the positions on the stages.

They are only at the top because they have done it in alphabetical order. Though in saying that it is strange they have FTP above Bastille when they are both in white. I'd imagine that means FTP will definitely sub headline that day.

Glad to hear they are going to announce someone else to headline the final day. Generally for me, festivals aren't particularly about the headliners, but it's always nice to end one on a high!

I just noticed that Optimus Alive removed all their adverstisement they had in the streets, like billboards and posters in several cities and even tv commercials were removed...

I guess the new headliner is comming soon.

Rock in Rio will start this sunday and media are already going crazy about this, I guess with Robbie Williams next sunday, The Rolling Stones next Thrusday, Queens Of The Stone Age, Steve Aoki and Linkin Park next friday, Arcade Fire on 31st of May and Justin Timberlake on the 1st of June, I guess OA will announce the third headliner only in June if they want a decent media attention.

Just my opinion.

Any of them would be epic as a headliner! QOTSA would be brilliant but they don't seem to be in Europe in July.

All amazing live though - I'm seeing Arcade Fire in London in a couple of weeks, and it seems like they're not doing many dates in July (apart from July 3rd in London, then Japan on July 25th...) Would still be an amazing surprise act!

On a side note, I saw Laura Mvula was announced today for Cool Jazz Festival in Lisbon on July 13th - could be a potential additional act on one of the days?

I still think Lana del Rey is pretty likely though, and agree that White Lies/The Hives/Kaiser Chiefs could be possible too! (probably more so than Prince )

Can't see Mvula being announce if she's playing a gig the day after the festival finishes..looks a cool gig with the world cup final being shown then the concert though.

Can see Lana being there though.
