Qotsa would be mint, they played it yesterday, they were brilliant when I saw them at the MEN arena in november. I reckon if it is to be one of the rock in rio bands it will be them or Arcade fire

Have to agree with Willjill on this one. line ups are perceived differently by everyone, i'm a 25 year old male, and looking forward to seeing imagine dragons. bastille were really good live at beni last year too, so looking forward to seeing them again. I see a lot of hype around bands on line-ups that personally aren't for me, but thats the beauty of festivals, there's usually always someone on a different stage to suit your preference.

Bastille were on same time as Arctic monkeys, the fact you chose them over the monkeys makes your opinion invalid

Well the fact I saw arctics and Bastille last year makes you wrong. plus even if they had of played at the exact same time (which they didn't) my opinion would only be invalid to you as you have a personal preference of the arctics over bastille. I'm quite sure you probably saw different bands to who I saw last year but that doesn't make your choice to see them wrong, it just means we have different tastes in music.

The 15yr olds have progressed to The Vamps apparently. Or the ones in my son's school class have, they insisted that he needed an education in music when he told them he'd never heard of them :/

The way I see it, no matter who they give the Saturday headline slot to, we still got far better value for money than we would for a three day £100 festival in the UK so it's not really worth worrying about.

The irony of it is is that I bought optimus tickets because I thought Leeds fucked about with the line up announcements and that I hate blink 182, thinking optimus would announce the last headliner before the end of January or something, alas they have mugged us all off. I hope they aren't going to let us down with something like The Kooks or razorlight
