Reverend and the Makers said they are not the support the other day on their Twitter and I'm pretty sure The Enemy said the same a couple of months back. Miles Kane is playing somewhere in Europe that night (I think)

As much as I'd love Noel supporting,I really can't see them getting anyone bigger than The Courteeners,although like someone has already said,Noel is really good friends with them so you never know.

Oh dear, I fucking hope not... I'd genuinely rather have a bunch of local unsigned bands. DJs before gigs almost always just play poor music... It's all stuff you've never heard before. Doesn't exactly get you in the mood.... The only way it'll be decent is if they're playing similar music like Oasis, The Rolling Stones, Primal Scream, etc. (which rarely happens)

I agree with you! Obviously Kasabian will be great,it'd be nice if the supports before hyped everyone up. I just can't really see them announcing it beforehand now

I've got next to no hope left for anything decent... The only shred of hope I have is that we'll turn up there with no names and it'll be a big name like Noel G.

Please,please,please not The Vaccines! I would absolutely love Noel and not care about the other two. Part of me kinda thinks they'll be three average type bands. Not sure when they'd really announce it this week. Thought they might have when the album was released but I guess not

Didn't Serge not know who he had supporting? He'd know if he got his mate to support, which he couldn't either way.

Ive never known this,it cant be to minimise touting as ive never known that method used before unless the 3 support bands are the rolling stones,u2 and coldplay :-)

On 23rd June 2014, Showaddywaddy’s 2008 CD ‘The Sun Album’ will be reissued on the Wienerworld label. The release will feature two bonus tracks, Drive In and Iko Iko recorded at the time, but which were not included on the original release, as well as revised sleeve notes. There may also be a single release.
